Phasmophobia's Do As I Command Challenge: A Guide to Completion
Phasmophobia's Challenge Mode presents weekly, unique contracts with specific conditions and equipment. The "Do As I Command" challenge is relatively straightforward compared to others. This guide details how to conquer it.
What is Phasmophobia's Challenge Mode?
Challenge Mode offers a weekly contract with modified conditions and equipment. The challenge changes weekly (resetting on Sunday). Difficulty varies; some are similar to standard investigations, while others are significantly harder due to altered ghost behavior or limited equipment. Successful completion requires fulfilling the contract three times (not necessarily consecutively) before the weekly reset. Correctly identifying the ghost is crucial for each attempt. Optional objectives provide bonus points, useful for character prestige. A successful challenge yields a $5,000 base reward plus accumulated points.
Conquering the "Do As I Command" Challenge
The "Do As I Command" challenge is considered easier due to minimal alterations. The objective is to force evidence from a less active ghost. The contract takes place on the Sunny Meadows map (the "Restricted" version is excluded).
You receive a Tier 3 equipment loadout. The fuse box is functional; activate it upon arrival. The challenge's key advantage is access to all seven Cursed Possessions.
These possessions, located in the chapel (pictured above), significantly aid ghost detection and interaction. Items like the Haunted Mirror or Ouija Board pinpoint the ghost's location, while others (Voodoo Doll, Monkey Paw) trigger ghost activity. Use caution; these items risk sanity loss and cursed hunts.
By strategically utilizing the provided equipment and Cursed Possessions, you can efficiently gather evidence and complete the "Do As I Command" challenge in Phasmophobia. Remember to consult other guides for additional challenges and news.
Phasmophobia is available on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC.
