The latest Stellar Blade update introduces several new features to the PS5 exclusive title, including what developer Shift Up describes as “visual improvements to the depiction of EVE's body.”

EVE's Enhanced Appearance and Other Improvements

This feature can now be enabled or disabled at will. Other additions include quality-of-life improvements, new map markers, and a convenient "Ammo Package" item for instant ammo replenishment. However, the most discussed change is the updated physics engine, particularly its impact on EVE's character model.
As the Stellar Blade team highlighted, EVE's physique now exhibits more pronounced movement. The difference is clearly visible in before-and-after comparisons, showcasing a significantly increased level of animation.
Shift Up has consistently embraced a more expressive visual style for EVE, but this update pushes the boundaries further. The enhanced physics also affect equipment in windy conditions, creating a more realistic and visually impressive effect, described by some fans as "real-time CG."
While the updated physics are noticeable throughout the game, the most striking changes are concentrated on EVE's upper body.
A more realistic physics simulation would likely also affect other elements of her appearance, such as her hair.
