Season 4 Reloaded: Call of Duty: MW3 & Warzone Updates Released

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone's Season 4 Reloaded update delivers a massive content drop, including new game modes, weapons, and a highly anticipated Zombies feature. The update follows the recent Season 4 launch and the reveal of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 at the Xbox Games Showcase.

This substantial update introduces two new weapons: the Reclaimer 18 shotgun (available via Battle Pass) and the Sledgehammer melee weapon (unlocked through Week 5 challenges). New JAK aftermarket parts, the Volkh and Gunslinger, are also added via weekly challenges. A new Mutation mode shakes things up by removing tactical and lethal equipment from ground loot, requiring players to collect DNA for perks. Modern Warfare 3 Zombies gets a fresh Unstable Rifts feature – a wave-based challenge rewarding cooldown resets on insured weapons and schematics.

The meta is significantly altered. The Kar98k receives nerfs to its damage range and bullet velocity, while several previously dominant weapons, including the FJX Horus, Striker, and Rival-9 SMGs, and the MTZ 762, MCW, Holger 556, and MTZ 556 rifles, receive buffs. Controller aim assist has also been adjusted.
