Solaris Joins Polytopia Battle

The fiery Solaris tribe has finally arrived in The Battle of Polytopia on mobile. After its initial PC release a few months ago, the blazing counterpart to the frosty Polaris is now available, ready to set the Square ablaze!

With this new skin, ice transforms into fiery terrain, snow becomes ash, and calm lakes turn into pools of molten lava. While it's technically the same tribe, their chilling strategies have been replaced by scorching, combustible tactics.

This update also introduces some heated lore tied to an ancient war devastating entire worlds. While the icy Polaris had already encountered the mysterious Gaami, the conflict intensifies with the emergence of the Ralmi.

The Ralmi are fire-wielding invaders who have surfaced from the underground, targeting the Square. Their first move was to bind the Solaris and unleash destructive fire magic across the land.

Solaris Boasts Powerful New Abilities

They can solidify water into lava, reshaping the map and your navigation options. Units like the Pyro scorch surrounding terrain with every move, while Ash Archers can petrify opposing forces.

The Steam Wagon travels swiftly across lava rivers, and building Lava Banks lets you generate stars by igniting the terrain. Watch the Solaris in action in The Battle of Polytopia below.

Master skills like Heatwork to forge craters, Geothermics for volcanic turbines, and Explosives for dramatic effects. Meanwhile, the Ralmi bring their own menacing tricks, including the Tuagama Lizard and Igmina Crystals.
