Stardew Expansion Arrives on Mobile!

Stardew Valley's highly anticipated 1.6 update finally arrives on mobile devices on November 4th, 2024! Console and mobile gamers can now experience the massive update, originally released on PC in March 2024.

What's New in Stardew Valley 1.6 Mobile?

This update significantly expands the game's multiplayer capabilities, boosting the online player limit to eight. Team up with friends for enhanced farming, fishing, and building experiences. Two exciting fishing festivals—the Trout Derby and SquidFest—join the roster of seasonal events, including the Desert Festival.

Explore the new Meadowlands farm layout, ideal for livestock farming and convenient fishing. Over 100 new NPC dialogues enrich interactions with the town's residents, adding depth to relationships.

A wealth of new items awaits! The Big Chest offers nearly double the storage space, while a dehydrator, heavy furnace, and bait maker enhance crafting possibilities. New furniture styles and 25+ hats provide extensive customization options. Earn prize tickets through quests and festivals, redeemable at a prize machine in Lewis's house.

Multiple pets are now possible after maximizing your initial pet's affection. These companions might bring gifts, and you can even accessorize them with hats! Notice the updated winter outfits on NPCs.

A golden Joja parrot assists in finding the final golden walnuts on Ginger Island. New crops include carrots, summer squash, broccoli, powdermelon, and two giant crop varieties.

Reasons for the Delay

The delay in releasing the update on mobile and consoles allowed the developers to thoroughly test the update on PC and address any potential bugs. Now, get ready to enjoy new fishing events, bond with your pets, and cultivate new crops!
