WWE 2K24 Patch 1.10 Unveils Hidden MyFaction Models and Post Malone DLC

A data mine of WWE 2K24's Patch 1.10 has revealed a treasure trove of new content, including several previously unseen character models and the highly anticipated Post Malone & Friends DLC pack. While adding surprise content via patches isn't uncommon (remember the weapon additions in Patch 1.08?), the sheer volume of new characters in this update is significant.

The update significantly expands MyFaction's roster with the introduction of "Demastered" models. These six unlockable characters, playable in modes beyond MyFaction, address past criticism about content exclusivity. WhatsTheStatus, a prominent WWE 2K24 content creator, confirmed the existence of these models: Xavier Woods, Michin, Asuka, Raquel Rodriguez, Bianca Belair, and Roman Reigns. However, it remains unclear if all will be Persona cards (unlockable playable characters). WhatsTheStatus did confirm, however, that a Randy Orton '09 model will be a Persona card and a Collection Reward, showcasing the official card art.

This, combined with model and entrance fixes for Becky Lynch '18 and Chad Gable '16, makes Patch 1.10 one of the most substantial updates since the game's release.

While the method for unlocking MyFaction Persona characters remains a point of contention for many players (previously teased Persona cards were linked to MyFaction Oddities cards, which themselves have been difficult to obtain), the ongoing updates demonstrate 2K and Visual Concepts' commitment to addressing community feedback. The hope is for future updates to offer alternative unlock methods beyond card collection and Live Events. The absence of some assets, like Trick Williams '19, highlights the ongoing challenges.
