When the topic of a DMC remake came up, he enthusiastically remarked, "A remake like that, well, I would like to do that."

Originally launched in 2001, Devil May Cry emerged from what was initially intended to be Resident Evil 4. However, significant deviations from the core concepts led Capcom to reimagine it as DMC.
